Rule 45
The committee can issue new certificates, if the committee has sold any shares by using the authority given by the
Act and these rules, if the certificate of that share has not been filed with the corporation by the previous shareholder or creditor, then the committee can cancel the said certificate and issue another new certificate to the current shareholder or creditor in its place.
